NORTHAMPTON — Motorists should expect delays at the on and off ramps for Exit 18 on Interstate 91 on Monday during the workday due to construction, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
DOT said it closed the Interstate 91 ramps to allow crews on the Conz and Pleasant streets roundabout project to pave a section of Route 5, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Route 5 access will be limited to one-lane travel in each direction, according to DOT.
