NORTHAMPTON – Ghouls and goblins planning to trick-or-treat Monday night can expect cool weather, according to the National Weather Service office in Taunton.
“We have seen worse, certainly, but it’s going to be a little bit chilly,” said Bob Thompson, a meteorologist with the Weather Service.
Thompson said the evening will be dry with mostly clear skys, which contributes to the cooler temperatures.
Evening temperatures are forecast to be in the lower 40s, according to Thompson.
