AMHERST — A community resources fair for families with children up to age 5, with presentations in English and Spanish, will be held at the Jones Library Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Conectandote event, put on by the Collaborative for Educational Services’ Coordinated Family and Community Engagement program, will feature representatives from various agencies providing information about community resources that support families.
The program coordinates services such as family centers, playgrounds, parent workshops and special events for families living in 17 cities and towns in the region.
Funded by the state’s Department of Early Education and Care, these year-round services are free.
