Kevin and Patricia Kober of Newport, New Hampshire, parents of Justin Kober of Ellington, Connecticut, are announcing his engagement to Tyslie Webster, also of Ellington.
Tyslie is the daughter of Troy and Tricia Bickel of Kansas City, Missouri. She is employed at Michaels and currently attending Manchester Community College in Manchester, Connecticut.
Justin is employed by Verizon. He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. A June 1, 2018 wedding is planned.
