NORTHAMPTON — The Exit 19 on-ramp for Interstate 91 south was closed Tuesday afternoon until approximately 3:30 p.m. for construction.
Massachusetts State Police closed the ramp while construction crews paved the southbound side of I-91, according to State Police Sgt. John Ruyffelaert.
