NORTHAMPTON — A Vermont man was ordered held on $10,000 bail after he denied Tuesday that he broke into a Northampton restaurant in October 2017.

Dan Greenwood, of North Troy, Vermont, pleaded not guilty Tuesday in Hampshire Superior Court to charges of breaking and entering a building in the nighttime, larceny over $250 and breaking into a depository in the nighttime.

Greenwood allegedly broke into Sylvester’s at 111 Pleasant St. on Oct. 24, 2017, according to court documents.

He is being represented by attorney Alan Rubin. Greenwood’s next court appearance is scheduled for Feb. 15.
