EASTHAMPTON — Police are asking for the public’s help in a hit-and-run that killed a German shepherd last week.
The Easthampton Police Department posted on its Facebook page Wednesday that it is investigating a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Feb. 14 between 3:30 and 4:15 p.m. in the area of Kenneth Road and Phelps Street.
Police said the dog was struck and severely injured, and later died.
