NORTHAMPTON – A Marblehead man pleaded not guilty Monday to two counts of rape in Hampshire Superior Court.
Dominic Ballard, 23, has been charged with raping a woman in Amherst on Oct. 5 and 6, 2017. Few details of the incidents were available in superior court.
Following his arraignment, he was released on conditions that he stay away and have no contact with the woman, surrender his passport and report to probation by phone one time per week.
Ballard is being represented by attorney William Korman. His next court appearance is scheduled for November 14.
