I am, once again, awed by the clarity with which Clare Higgins explains an issue (” ‘Millionaire tax’ was about fairness,” June 23).
She sets out the issue, lays out the facts as well as the history, and shows how we, as a state, are impacted today. Based on the facts and figures, she predicts the future.
