Kendally Codey and Natalie Hobbs also found the net after halftime, while Beth Williamson put the Mammoths (9-4) up 1-0 in the first half.
Channy Cornell stopped eight shots for the Pioneers. Smith (9-6) didn’t put a shot on goal.
