Everything is politicized

I used to attend a church occasionally in downtown Northampton until the sermons, and the church itself, began preaching politics and demonizing people who disagreed politically.

I used to enjoy watching NFL games until the players began making political statements.

I used to enjoy reading non-political magazines about geography and architecture until they started preaching their political views.

I used to enjoy watching the weather channel until they started to blame global warming on Trump.

Is it any wonder why Trump got elected? The hatred from one side towards the other is so frightening and disgusting it’s beyond words.

Now 11 people are murdered in a Pittsburgh synagogue, and, of course, President Trump receives the blame. Our most pro-Jewish and pro-Israel president ever is now compared to Hitler on a daily basis and blamed for everything. I think some people need to be reminded that “hatred is not a family value.”
