EASTHAMPTON – More than 30 teams entered the seventh annual Gingerbread Build benefit for Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity held at Eastworks on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2018. The two to four-person teams, which gathered pledges to raise money for the construction of actual houses through Pioneer Valley Habitat, each had 90 minutes to create an edible home by adding whatever decorations they chose to the basic gingerbread house pieces and white icing donated by one of the event’s sponsors, River Valley Co-op.
