Sarah Sullivan scored 19 points, but the Williston Northampton girls basketball team fell 65-56 against St. Luke’s in the Ray Brown Holiday Tournament championship game Saturday.
The Wildcats had just seven players available. Easthampton’s Selena Negron added 16 points, and Cristina Negron scored nine.
In the early game, Sullivan had 21 in a 46-28 win over Hopkins School. Cristina Negron added nine. The Wildcats went on a 12-0 run in the first half.
Williston 67, Thayer Academy 53 — Tyler Thomas dropped 29 points, and John Kelly added 14 for the Wildcats Saturday. Andre Washington scored eight and Abood Buissa had seven.
Williston 1, Westminster 0 — Caroline DiFiore scored the winner with 38 seconds left from Claudio Capone. Natalie Stott picked up her first career shutout Saturday at the Harrington tournament.
Nobles 2, Williston 1 — Christina Vote scored, but the Wildcats fell in their second game Saturday at the Harrington Tournament.
Williston 3, Lawrence 0 — Maura Holden scored twice Sunday, as the Wildcats closed out the Harrington Tournament. Maeve Reynolds scored her first goal for Williston, and Stott and Tayah Sommer combined for the shutout.
Williston 4, Bunswick 4 (OT) — Jake Sacratini (assist), Shaun Mitton, David Novotny and Cam Mariani found the net for the Wildcats on Sunday.
Brendan Nehmer, Tommy Harty and James Belleavoine added assists. Williston came back from a 4-2 deficit.
Williston 7, Winchendon 1 — Mariana poured in a hat trick Saturday. Trevor Coresello stopped 23 shots.
Battle on the Bay — The Wildcats placed 15th of 29 teams. Cam Lawrence finished fourth with two pins.
Easthampton’s William Gunn was sixth with three pins and went 4-2.
Brodie Fazio pinned three opponents and went 3-2.
