The Greenfield hockey team skated past Easthampton, 4-2, Saturday at Collins-Moylan Arena.

The Green Wave (3-0-2, 1-0-2 Wright) led 1-0 after the first period and 3-2 after the second.

Sean O’Sullivan had a goal and two assists, while Aiden Roche had one of each.

Bryan Baumann and Kyle Barnes each scored once. Jake Croteau and Booie Harris had one assist apiece.

Riley Drew made 20 saves in the win.

Cole Growhoski and Christopher Tenczar had one goal each for the Eagles (4-3-0, 1-1-0). Jake Batchelder and Mike McColgan each had one assist.

Tyler Cortis made 24 saves in defeat.

Amherst Regional 4, Drury 2 — Kouji Ishida scored twice, while Nick Paul and Nick Foster each had one goal as the Hurricanes (6-0) won, Saturday at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Rink in North Adams.

Jayden Blackburn and Brandon Peritz each had one assists, while Jon Hanscom made 19 saves.

Belchertown 6, Mount Everett 2 — Cody Lambert had three goals as the Orioles (5-1-1, 3-0-1 Wright) cruised at the Mullins Center Practice Rink, Saturday night.

Vaughn Gillen added two goals and an assist, while Matt Pachico had one of each.

Frances Nigro had a pair of helpers. Andrew Figal and Jacob Delaney had one each.

Delaney finished with 18 saves.

Boys basketball

Amherst Regional 53, Fitchburg 48 — The Hurricanes (1-4) jumped out to a 27-15 lead at halftime and never looked back as they won their first game of the season, Saturday in Amherst.

Arlo Blanchard had seven points, 11 rebounds and two blocked shots, while Akeme Hilson-Mallory led the way with 16 points. Steven Steele added 11 points.

Girls basketball

Hoosac Valley 69, South Hadley 40 — Mia Kelly was held to four points as the Tigers (2-3) fell in the consolation round of the Hoosac Valley Holiday Tournament, Saturday in Cheshire.

Bella Earle led South Hadley with 16 points.

Hoosac made 11 3-pointers, including six by Alie Mendell (28 points).
