It is a mistake to focus only on the current tenant in the White House. The Mueller report will establish one most critical fact: The 2016 election was so contaminated by Russian influence that the Electoral College vote was fatally corrupted. That leaves the popular vote decisive. That result means that a Democrat must be placed in the White House. That means that the Congress and Court must do something entirely new: appoint an interim president. Their choice of appointee must know how to run the show. And that leaves only Joe Biden as the appointee. Simple, ainโ€™t it?
