Bravo on the Gazette’s front page story on Saturday, March 2, reporting the evolution of impaired driving testing for cannabis, without resort to bodily fluids or the substance of impairment.
This article on cannabis makes up for a guest column on Tuesday, Feb. 26, decrying pot “stink” (based on two anecdotes) that omits the existing requirements under state and local regulations which already require odor abatement for cannabis licensees.
Experience continues to prove regulation works better than prohibition.
