We would like to thank Priscilla Touhey for her excellent article on June 14 about 302 Elm St. and its amazing transformation, earning the owners an historic preservation award from the Northampton Historical Commission.

It has been our pleasure as Friends of Cooley Dickinson to collaborate with the commission in presenting this yearโ€™s Inaugural Home Tour. All the homes on tour have won the prestigious award and we are most grateful to the six homeowners who are generously opening their homes to the public.

The Friends of Cooley Dickinson and the Northampton Historical Commission have come together to highlight homes which have brought themselves into the future while honoring the past. As Touhey mentions, โ€œSee it for yourself.โ€

We welcome your visit to see not only 302 Elm St., but also the other five homes on tour in Northampton on June 29, noon to 4 p.m. Proceeds go to Friends of CDH to support hospital services. For more information go to WWW.cooleydickinson.org.
