HADLEY — Electric stun guns and illegal knives being sold at the Olde Hadley Flea Market were confiscated Sunday morning from a dealer, who is facing criminal charges.

According to the Hadley Police Department’s Facebook page, police were dispatched to the Lawrence Plain Road site, where officers determined that a man was selling electric stun weapons without a license and double-edged automatic opening knives.

The various illegal weapons were seized, police said, and the man selling them will have criminal charges filed against him.

In Massachusetts, residents who want to own electric stun weapons must meet requirements for firearm possession and use, including state licensing.
