It was barely three years ago. I used to walk our dog around the Jackson Street School yard on a beautiful night like this. We went around because Spanish-speaking soccer, surrounded by families and children, was being played openly, safely and with gusto.
Alas, those days are over. “We’ve got to get back to the garden.”
