Turek’s Swamp, Route 9, Belchertown
I often stop at Turek’s Swamp along Route 9 between Belchertown and Ware. I never know what might be there on any given day: ducks, herons, otters, or the occasional moose (which I have yet to see). This day there were only water lilies, but beautiful water lilies, so I set up my tripod-mounted DSLR camera and using a medium-length telephoto lens captured this image.
