I’m writing to express my support for Michael Quinlan, Ward 1 candidate for Northampton City Council. As a Ward 1 voter, I am grateful that Michael is in the race, and I will be voting for him on Election Day, Nov. 5.
Even before I met Michael, I knew that he would be a great candidate. Why? Because I had heard so many wonderful things about him from mutual friends — his strong ties to the community, his dedication to his family and his willingness to work hard to reach goals.
When I did meet him, I was impressed with his ability to take on the work of city council, his sense of urgency for making positive change in our city and his progressive attitude. I know that Michael Quinlan will be a hard-working advocate for the people of Ward 1 and of the city.
