The Williston-Northampton girls squash team defeated the Albany Academies, 7-0, on Wednesday behind local representation in the heart of its lineup.
Amherst’s Abby Schulkind won 11-6, 11-5, 11-3 at No. 2. Emily O’Brien (Easthampton) prevailed 11-5, 11-4, 11-5 at No. 4. At No. 7, Ruby McElhone-Yates won 11-4, 11-5, 11-4.
Choate Rosemary Hall 63, Williston 43 — Jordyn Meunier hit five 3s and scored 19 points, but the Wildcats lost their first game of the season. Cristina Negron (Easthampton) added 11 points on three 3s. Southampton’s Caroline O’Connor had seven points.
Brimmer & May 59, Williston 54 — Andre Washington scored 13 points in a road loss.
Suffield 7, Williston 0; Salisbury 7, Williston 2 — Luke Po of Northampton and Jackson Frechette (Easthampton) picked up wins against Salisbury.
