Once again the Western Massachusetts Baseball Hall of Fame had its election and left out a local guy that spent 16 years in the majors, won an ERA title, won an All-Star game, finished first in saves in 1961 in the National League and first in 1963 in the American League. He’s in the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame and on the San Francisco Giants Wall of Fame.
Stu Miller has been overlooked and it’s too bad. He still has a couple of cousins that grew up with him and would have loved to see him get this honor. Both of them are getting up in age. I guess the committee wants players that can come to their banquet. Very discouraged.
