HOLYOKE — The cause of a Saturday night fire that displaced a dozen people at 58 Bridge St. has been determined to be electrical and accidental.
According to Holyoke Fire Capt. Kevin Cavagnac, a space heater plugged into an extension cord that was run under a bed caused the fire.
The American Red Cross is assisting those displaced, according to the Holyoke Fire Department.
