Jordyn Meuiner made four 3s and scored a career-high 29 points, as the Williston Northampton girls basketball team beat Hotchkiss 61-39 on the road Saturday.

Cristina Negron and 14 points, Southampton’s Caroline O’Connor added eight and Selena Negron had six.

Boys basketball

Williston 70, Avon 63 — Cooper Creek had 19 points, and Billy Whelan contributed 17 on Saturday. Tanner Thomas added 11 points.

Girls hockey

Kent 3, Williston 2 — Jules Constantinople and Cora Webber found the net, but the Wildcats lost Saturday. Ava DeCoste, Sophia Jonesand Bryn Saarela each had an assist

Boys squash

Canterbury 4, Williston 3; Avon 7, Williston 0 — Senior captains Finlay MacDonald and Luke Po botn won their matches against Canterbury on Saturday. Vishal Ramvelu won his first varisty match after a call up from junior varsity.

The Williston squad suffered a tough loss against Canterbury but managed to win a season record 3 starting matches. Senior captains Finlay MacDonald and Luke Po both won their matches, and JV call-up Vishal Ramvelu won his first career varsity match. The boys were unable to win any matches against Avon.

Williston 92, Kent 73 — Shogo Kamei and Sam Haddad touched first in two events each Saturday.

Girls swimming & diving

Williston 91, Kent 60 — Molly Kinstle and Ava Larkin won two individual events each Saturday. Annika Von Schoeler Ames, Julia Borden, Ella Mattocks and Sian Levandowski each won an event.

Wrestling

Taft 78, Williston 6; Salisbury 36, Williston 24 — Jack Higgins had two pins, as the Wildcats fell twice Saturday.
