A few years ago my wife used a wheelchair for several months after breaking an arm and leg due to osteoporosis. I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to navigate Northampton in a wheelchair, especially when those of us who aren’t using a wheelchair are ignorant or don’t care.
I recently walked down King Street and noticed that a business completely failed to plow 30 feet of sidewalk — and now it’s days past and solid ice. Every other business did. All I can say is shame on you.
