The Dartmouth women’s tennis team beat UMass for the second time this season, 4-1, in Hanover, New Hampshire, on Friday.
Amherst native Allison McCann teamed with Racquel Lyn to win their second doubles match for Dartmouth, 6-1 over Ashley Avery and Sarah Mezini.
McCann was leading her third singles match, 6-3, 3-1 against Jovana Bogicevic when the match was called for the Big Green.
UMass won the doubles point with 7-5 victories at first and third doubles.
Anna Napadiy and Martina Bocchi won at first doubles, while Jasmin Tripathy and Bogicevic took second doubles.
Dartmouth beat UMass, 4-0, on Feb. 8 in New York.
Middlebury 3, Amherst 2 (OT) — The Mammoths’ 10-game unbeaten streak came to an end with the road loss.
Amherst (9-10-4, 7-7-3 NESCAC) never led. Greg McGunigle tied it at 1-1 in the second period, while Sean Wrenn tied it at 2-2 in the third.
