The Williston Northampton boys and girls swimming & diving teams swept the Babcock Invitational, Saturday in Easthampton.

The Wildcats won their second straight girls title behind Molly Kinstle and Ava Larkin, who each won two events. Ella Mattocks and Julia Borden swam well as well.

Sam Haddad set a school record in the 100-yard backstroke and Jack Coscia won both the 200 and 500 free for the Wildcats in the boys meet.

Boys basketball

Williston 53, Kingswood-Oxford 45 โ€” Tanner Thomas and Cooper Creek each had 11 points, while Billy Whelan and Nich Heafey (Northampton) added 10 apiece for the Wildcats, Saturday.

Girls basketball

Williston 77, Kent 59 โ€” Jordyn Meunier hit four 3-pointers and finished with 27 points, while Josefina Lehto and Cristina Negron (Easthampton) each had 11 points for the Wildcats, Saturday. Anna Sawyer (Easthampton) had a career-high 10 points in the win.

Boys squash

NEPSAC Championships โ€” Williston went 1-2 at the NEPSAC Class E Tournament at Portsmouth Abbey, Saturday.

Williston beat Dexter Southfield, 4-3, and lost to Trinity Pawling, 6-1, and Salisbury, 4-3.

Connor Touhey (third), Steven Zeyu Wang (fifth), Ty Johnson (sixth), Ethan Yi-Cheng Huang (seventh) and Peter Seo (eighth) won their matches for the Wildcats against Dexter Southfield.

Girls squash

NEPSAC Championships โ€” Senior captains Dylan Fulcher-Melendy (Easthampton), Louisa Weed (Holyoke) and Sahnet Ramirez led the Wildcats to fourth place at the NEPSAC Class E Tournament at Pomfret, Saturday.

Fulcher-Melendy placed fourth in the second draw. Pooja Prakash Babu was sixth in the seventh draw.
