Connor Cavanagh won the 1-meter diving event at the NEPSAC Division 2 Diving Championships, Wednesday at Westminster.

Luke Grabowski added a fourth-place finish for Williston, which returns to the pool on Saturday for the swimming events. That part of the championship will be held at Upper Valley Aquatics in White River Junction, Vermont.

Girls hockey

Williston 3, Kent 1 โ€” Maeve Reynolds, Jules Constantinople and Emily Crovo each scored, while Natalie Stott earned the win in net for the fifth-seeded Wildcats, who advanced in the NEPSAC Division 1 Elite Tournament.

Williston will play at No. 1 Noble & Greenough, Saturday at 2:30 p.m.

Girls basketball

St. Lukeโ€™s 79, Williston 52 โ€” Josefiina Lehto had 15 points on five 3-pointers, while Cristina Negron (Easthampton) had 14 points and Jordyn Meunier 11 for the Wildcats, who fell in the NEPSAC Class B Tournament.
