NORTHAMPTON — Massachusetts health officials reported 2,615 new coronavirus cases and 70 more deaths from the disease, bringing the state’s totals to 25,475 cases and 756 deaths.

The latest numbers from the Department of Public Health show 219 confirmed cases in Hampshire County, and 1,647 cases in Hampden County.

A Hampshire County woman in her 70s was among the deaths reported Sunday. Two Franklin County residents, a woman in her 60s and a man in his 80s, were also listed among the fatalities.

In long-term care facilities, 3,050 cases have been reported of patients and health care workers with the disease, with 199 facilities reporting at least one COVID-19 case. There have now been 340 deaths reported in long-term care facilities in the commonwealth attributed to the disease.

In the Saturday numbers from Cooley Dickinson Health Care, the organization reported 13 confirmed COVID-19 inpatients, including five ICU patients. In total, Cooley Dickinson’s testing has yielded 133 positive test results for COVID-19.
