CareOne’s Massachusetts facilities, including those in Holyoke and Northampton, is making “window” visits available this Mother’s Day, for families of patients and residents who have recovered from or have not contracted COVID-19. Families should check in advance to ensure that loved ones are able to participate.
Due to state-mandated visitation restrictions that remain in effect, all family members will need to stay outside. Residents are not permitted to leave the building.
In this time of social distancing, CareOne also encourages families to schedule a “virtual” visit via FaceTime for patients who are recovering from COVID-19 or being treated for the virus. We have staff and devices available to accommodate many timeslots.
Family members must please contact their CareOne facility to reserve time in advance to avoid crowds forming in our parking areas.
All staff and families are required to follow safety protocols, including wearing masks/face coverings and practicing social distancing at all times while on CareOne property.
