AMHERST — Town officials are holding a second hearing on how Amherst will use up to $400,000 for a micro-enterprise assistance program and for using various public social services Thursday at 3 p.m.
The hearing comes as state’s Department of Housing and Community Development extended the deadline for how cities and towns spend federal CARES Act funding for needs related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
