It is unbelievable and so sad to see the destruction of the property at 547 Easthampton St. in Northampton. (“Trees coming down to clear way for storage facility,” June 1) All for profit with absolutely no regard for any living being to the very smallest. Imagine no escape, just being crushed, all for storage units!
There were no unused buildings anywhere to tear down for reuse? How lazy and careless the city and developer are. Don’t do business there ever or be responsible for this horror.
