Once again I am grateful to the goodness of people. Earlier this month while walking at Look Park, I lost something extremely useful and important for my well-being — one of my hearing aids!

I was searching and a woman stopped by to ask me what I was looking for. She dilligently started helping me search. Before too long several other people, including a young child, joined in the search.

After a long fruitless search I gave up and started thanking everyone for their help, but things were not done! One person kept looking and to his and my surprise, the lost object was found.

Thank you so much John for not giving up and for finding the lost hearing aid. It was in plain sight, on the cement path while we were all looking in the grass on both sides of the path, with emphasis on the right side since it was the right hearing aid!

Anyway, I am touched once more with the goodness and helpful spirit of all the people who stopped their walk and bike rides to help. People like you are the hope for humanity to survive and maybe thrive! Thank you once again.
