Do you remember, fellow citizens, when, not long ago, we worried that Donald Trump would start a war with some small nation as an October surprise? He could then declare martial law and remain in power.
Well, it looks like he’s declaring war as we speak, but the war is against us, against our cities and our citizens. I was born in 1939 and cannot believe I’m writing these words, sounding like a conspirator, yet here we are.
May history prove me wrong. Meanwhile, let us stand together.
