HADLEY — Hadley’s ballot for town election, scheduled for April 13, is beginning to take shape, with a mix of incumbents and newcomers obtaining nomination forms.

With a Feb. 19 deadline to get papers, the only board so far that could see a contest is trustees for the Hadley Library, where incumbent Alison Donta-Venman has already filed forms and Jessica Kem and David DiLorenzo have picked them up.

For Select Board, 18-year-incumbent Joyce Chunglo will seek her seventh term, while Amy Parsons, who ran unsuccessfully for the panel last year, has gotten papers. Incumbent Christian Stanley is opting against seeking a second term.

Other incumbents who have pulled papers include School Committee member Humera M. Fasihuddin; moderator Randall E. Izer; Elector under the Oliver Smith Will Sheila Konieczny; Board of Assessors member Jeffrey Mish; and Planning Board member Michael P. Sarsynski, Jr.

No one has yet gotten papers for a Board of Health seat held by Emma Dragon, a second seat on the School Committee held by Paul Phifer, and a Park Commission seat held by Steven Higgins
