AMHERST – Pine Street between Henry Street and the railroad track crossing will be closed this week to complete sidewalk construction.
From Tuesday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., the section of the road east of the Cushman Market & Cafe will be closed to through traffic to accommodate crews from Warner Brothers, LLC, of Sunderland.
Other than those who live on that portion of the street, traffic will be detoured via Bridge Street and Market Hill Road.
