AMHERST – Kevin Momaney and Ray Poirier, both with Adelson & Co. in S. Deerfield, applied a second coat of a water-based epoxy onto the railings of a new accessible walkway to the entrance of the John P. Musante Health Center at the Bangs Community Center on Wednesday.
