HADLEY POLICE DEPARTMENTAn injured snowy owl located near the Lowe’s Home Improvement store on Route 9 on Wednesday is now in the care of a Conway wildlife rehabilitator. The bird, native to the Arctic regions, was captured with assistance of Hadley police officers and Lowe’s employees. Following its recovery, Tom Ricardi of the Massachusetts Birds of Prey Rehab facility, was contacted to take custody of the animal.
