WORTHINGTON — The annual Town Election will take place on Saturday, and will feature contested races for School Committee and Finance Committee.
The election will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with absentee ballots needing to be received by the town by 12:30 p.m. Those voting in person are recommended to use a mask or face covering.
In the race for School Committee, three candidates are vying for two spots. The candidates consist of challenger Anthony “Tiger” Thomas and incumbents Alison Todd, who chairs the School Committee, and Cai Walkowiak.
For the Finance Committee seat, incumbent Paul Dunlevy is being challenged by Amanda Spiess.
