Dear Cultural Chaos organizers, I have to register my total disappointment with the Cultural Chaos event. I live less than 2 miles from Cottage Street, and was completely dismayed to find out that there was no considerations given to handicapped or disabled persons who wished to attend.
No specific parking lot for the disabled, and no shuttle buses or other transport to the event. I was left to fare on my own, so after being frustrated continuously while trying to find a parking space close enough (I have mobility issues and arthritis), I left. Period. I also noticed that trash cans were overloaded with debris, so evidentially, no one considered that aspect, either.
A hearty thank you from all the disabled people in Easthampton that could not attend this event. I hope that these oversights will be corrected in the future.
