Brian Mulvehill of Westhampton is holding onto the last days of summer with a feast of local tomatoes, burrata, basil and homemade sourdough bruschetta. He got the tomatoes at Intervale Farm in Westhampton and the burrata from Maplebrook Farm in North Bennington, Vermont.
