SOUTHAMPTON — No one was injured Thursday evening when a fire broke out at a home on Russellville Road.
Firefighters worked into Friday morning to put out the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
22News reported that a ceiling fan may have caused the fire, which eventually ignited a propane tank.
Other fire departments provided mutual aid, including Westfield, Westhampton, Montgomery, Holyoke and Westover Air Reserve Base, as well as the Southampton Police Department.
