Regarding the article “Dump Here: Huntington official fined in paving scheme,” [Gazette, Sept. 28] it would be a point of interest for the townspeople of Huntington that when Select Board member Karon Hathaway left office after taking asphalt from the townspeople, her husband assumed the position of selectman held by his wife. Conflict of interest? I strongly believe so.
