The dismissal of charges against golfer Scottie Scheffler raises questions and concerns. Had he not been a PGA Tour golfer, this case would not have been reported on nationally and internationally, thus, in all likelihood, this case would have been pursued by police, not dropped.
It brings to the forefront the old (still in vogue) adage of who you are and what your economic situation is has a direct connection to how you are treated in America.
