Huge thanks to the Northampton Fire Department for sending three firefighters to get a bat out of our daughter’s apartment at 3 o’clock in the morning earlier this week. They were kind and professional and knew exactly what to do, and evacuated it safely. Very grateful for that support for our college kid.
