I have a modest proposal of how Look Park might employ one of its chief assets — income it gets from a booming archery program — to eliminate a serious scourge and health hazard: all the green goose poop that covers the park’s paths, roads and docks making it a challenge and danger to walk and linger in the park.
Give the archers a discount for using the geese for target practice.
