On Saturday, Aug. 2, I stopped at the Northampton recycling center to look for books. While exiting the car, I was met by a city employee and told I needed a sticker to enter. When told that I was only going to the book mobile and that I was a taxpayer, she said this was private property and a sticker was required. What does the sticker cost these days? Has it gotten to a hundred dollars yet?
