When I was in grade school I learned that our national government has
three branches: legislative, judicial, and executive. The legislative
makes the laws, the judicial interprets the laws, and the executive
implements the laws. But that’s so old fashioned. Now we have a new
system. At first I didn’t understand it but I’ve finally figured it
out. The legislative branch cheapens the laws, the judicial distorts the
laws, and the executive ignores the laws. I think I’ve got that
straight now.
