“Angie” Laura Roy
Whatley, MA – “Angie” Laura Roy, 69, passed away unexpectedly on
August 28th, 2025. She graduated from Emerson in 1978 with a
communications degree summa cum laude. She ran Epstein Photography
alongside her late husband Alan Epstein for 25+ years, creating
dynamic advertising and creative for the pioneer valley. She went on
to launch a successful career in finance, as a loan officer at many
great banks. She was a Minister, Reiki Master and Spiritual Teacher
throughout her life. She helped many find great comfort, relief, and
hope through healing and spiritual practices . She went on to spend
retirement with her second husband Jeffery “Serge” Masarjian
establishing the One Love Farm in Whatley,MA by making it a sanctuary
and home for all.
She lived her life with beauty, intention, purpose, and grace. She was
driven, passionate, and believed in the never-ending resilience of the
human spirit and our ability to heal, to love, and to grow. A self
proclaimed “dirt maven” She never met a plant she didn’t love and was
a 3rd generation self-taught master gardener who planted fields of
trees and flowers wherever she lived.
She is survived by her children David, Audra, Mischa and Max; her
grandchildren Isabella, Gabriel, Aiden, and Alexa; and her siblings
John, Sally, and Mary Lou and; and many additional friends and
relations along the way. Everyone who knew her loved her dearly.
A celebration of life will be held at her family farm on October 5th
from 1pm-5pm, for more information or to attend please contact

asking for donation to establish her farm as a place of healing ,
sanctuary and spiritual study; to donate in her name please contact
